Safe Falling Classes by Kupuna Aikido

Stay tuned for the next session in the JCCH Kenshikan Dōjō through Kupuna Aikido.

Kupuna Aikido will hold Safe Falling classes at the JCCH every Tuesday from April 30 - June 18, 2024 (8 weeks) at two different times:

9:00 to 9:50 AM
10:00 to 10:50 AM

Classes will be conducted in the JCCH Kenshikan Dōjō with cushioned mats on the floor. Instruction will start with awareness and stretching exercises and gradually progress to falling methods for various conditions. Face masks are optional. Each class will have a maximum capacity of 20 students. Class tuition is $50 for the entire 8-week session.
