Hidden HIstories of World War II

Educators from across Hawaiʻi joined the Hidden HIstories of WW2 program, where they explored new perspectives of the war.

On June 13-17, 2023, 14 educators from across the state participated in the Hidden HIstories of World War II program. This program was a partnership between the JCCH, Go For Broke National Education Center, Spark M. Matsunaga Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, the National Park Service, and Pacific Historic Parks. It was in part funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Hawaiʻi Council for the Humanities.
