Muriel's Mainichi Cooking presented by Hawaiʻi Gas is a new JCCH video series inspired by Muriel Miura's mainichi まいにち (everyday) recipes from the JCCH archives that were generously provided by her daughter, Shari Ling. Widely recognized as the face of The Gas Company (now known as Hawaiʻi Gas), Muriel gained popularity through classes, demonstrations, conferences, cooking shows, pamphlets, and cookbooks.
Ingredients (6)
1 recipe Wiki Wiki Creams:
1/4 cup (2 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar*
Dash of salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Choco-Nut Snowballs:
1 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/3 cup shredded coconut
*Use only 2 cups confectioners' sugar for Choco-Nut Snowballs. Use 2 1/3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar for Wiki Wiki Creams.

Wiki Wiki Creams:
Beat cream cheese until soft.
Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar.
Add salt and vanilla.
Choco-Nut Snowballs:
Add chocolate to Wiki Wiki Creams and mix thoroughly.
Pinch off and form 3/4-inch balls of candy.
Roll each in shredded coconut.
Yield: 2 dozen.
