Muriel's Mainichi Cooking presented by Hawaiʻi Gas is a new JCCH video series inspired by Muriel Miura's mainichi まいにち (everyday) recipes from the JCCH archives that were generously provided by her daughter, Shari Ling. Widely recognized as the face of The Gas Company (now known as Hawaiʻi Gas), Muriel gained popularity through classes, demonstrations, conferences, cooking shows, pamphlets, and cookbooks.
Ingredients (7)
3 French rolls, hamburger, or hot dog buns
Butter
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Paprika

Cut rolls or buns in half, spread cut surfaces with butter.
Mix together remaining ingredients except paprika and spread on buttered bread; dust with paprika.
Broil slowly until delicately browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
